About Sandy Kennedy

I have been in the “Client Care” specialty my entire adult life, long before I ventured into the real estate industry. As a wife of over 30 years, a mom, grandmother, aunt, and a daughter, my natural strength is in the area of wellness and nurture; especially now, for our customers and clients. Being that person who works in the background making sure things are done, people are taken care of…. Well, I’m the “Mom” of the team.

I’ve been in Blacksburg for over 30 years. As a VT grad in Architecture, an exhibiting artist, and lover of design, I bring a creative and strategic perspective to real estate. I use my skills to help clients prep and stage their homes for selling, while helping buyers envision the potential renovation and design ideas. Jay and I have consulted in residential renovations, designing restaurant interiors, and flipping homes. I consult on colors, materials, even connecting clients with vendors, contractors, inspectors, whatever they need. It’s all about the care!

I love real estate, but I love people more! Working alongside Jay, I meet people in every stage of their real estate journey. I help organize and implement thoughtful, strategic plans tailored to their goals, with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to exceptional care.
